You’ve just had a baby. You’re running on little sleep, your house might feel like a blur of bottles and burp cloths, and someone wants you to leave the house for photos? Nope. Not happening.
That’s exactly why I come to you.
Your baby stays in their own space, everything you need is nearby, and there’s zero pressure to be “ready.” I’ve walked into homes where everyone is still in pajamas, toddlers are bouncing off the couch, and coffee is brewing in the kitchen. That’s real life, and I truly love it.
Before I head over, I’ll send a quick note with a few tips, like how to warm up the room or what to have handy. Once I arrive, you can just relax. I bring everything, wraps, blankets, props, so you don’t have to do a thing. Some parents sit and watch, some scroll their phones, some sneak off for a nap. Whatever works for you.
And don’t worry about what your house looks like. It doesn’t need to be spotless or styled. I’ve photographed in all kinds of spaces, and I know how to find the good light and the moments that matter.
Most sessions happen when baby is between 9 and 14 days old. That’s when they’re still sleepy and snuggly, perfect for those sweet posed shots. x
By the time I leave, you’ll have stayed in your cozy space, and you’ll still walk away with a beautiful gallery that tells the story of your new beginning.
If you’re due soon or just found me (hi!), I do still have a few August spots left. We don’t have to choose an exact date right away. I’ll pencil you in, and once baby arrives, we’ll lock in the perfect day.
